The current facilities were inaugurated in 2009, with a total of 3,000 m2 of covered area, possessing livestock reception park, slaughterhouse, refrigeration area, cutting room, sausage, freezing area, preparation rooms and wood ovens. We conducted a large investment in infrastructure, innovative manufacturing equipment, including CO2 narcotization system, vertical scalding and ethylene glycol cooling system, as well as computer monitoring.
